“Mr Tej in the front desk was wonderful, he provided more than the best service I never had.Thank you very much!”

“ good”

“This room was absolutely disgusting, there was roaches everywhere both dead and alive. That is a health violation. We had to pay $5.99 everyday to use the “free” WiFi. We spoke to staff for a remote and a new room key and they were very nice and helpful. However when we came to them for the roaches in the room they told us we needed to contact you guys for our refund because we booked thru a third party. We would definitely like a refund back.”

“Very nice staff, very clean room.”

“Loved special TV welcome, clean quiet and freeway accessible”

“Everything is good ”

“The rooms are big, clean, beds comfy, balconies nice. We stay here several times a year for date days. The only thing I would say they could improve on is their bathroom tubs don't drain quickly, so if you like long showers you are standing in about 3 inches of water. It may not be every room, however, they have been the same in all the rooms we have stayed in.”

“Clean room”

“Good hotel and every time we visit Kansas City we stay in this hotel.”

“Great location clean room”

“Great Place”

“早餐很好，通向酒店的路不太好找。”
