“Our room was very quiet except for the teenagers that were allowed to run from the upper floor around somewhere, down the exit stairs and around again and again at 10 at night on Friday night. Then a refrigeration truck was allowed to park along the side of the hotel on Monday night and every time it cycled it woke both of us up. There was construction going on which created people to have to drive back and forth at the front door where people park to check in which I found to be unsafe the……

“The bed was fairly comfortable a little soft for my taste, but it was hard to sleep with the noisy air conditioner because the fan is about to go out was also hard to get the right temperature in the room because the fan is about to go out. The sofa is so hard you can’t really sit on it, but the staff was really nice.”

“This property has gone downhill overtime. The front desk staff was curt and not proactively helpful. Although there were things at the small market that could be heated in a microwave, there were no plastic utensils available. The room air-conditioning worked, but the room was very humid. The pillows were very lumpy. I used a folded blanket instead. The bathroom was stocked with two toilet paper rolls that were both 75% depleted. Won’t stay here again.”

“We used this property as a hub for our family reunion. The staff gave us helpful directions to restaurants and local attractions. They helped us coordinate and gave us space to gather before and after events. We were very grateful.”

“The breakfast was just so-so. Only one staff person was available in the serving area. And he was too busy on his phone to even lift the lid of a pan of eggs or potatoes, let alone serve them. Inexcusable to be sure. Potatoes not fully cooked.”
