“The room we stayed in was filthy. Rotten food on the floor, food and trash around and under the beds, hair and water all over the bathroom, nail clippings in the drawers, suspicious white stains all over the side of one of the beds. I cannot fathom thinking this room was cleaned prior to our stay.”

“The staff was uninformed and understaffed and did not have any information on the only elevator being taken out of service. The front desk gave us 3rd floor rooms for 3 nights and did not tell us elevator was out of service. Carrying all of our luggage up 3 floors after traveling hours was not pleasant.”

“The main reason we stayed at this hotel was it was right next to Sporting KC stadium. However, the room was humid and made the beds wet and there was nothing we could do to take the wet out of the bed. Also, the door wouldn't close all the way so you had to close it yourself. I wouldn't plain on staying at this hotel again.”
