"Checked me in an hour and half late "

"The hotel is ok, but pretty bare bones. Our first room smelled like an indoor pool and was oddly steamy when we walked in. Why? The bathtub faucets were broken and it was hemorrhaging hot water constantly. The second room they guided me too already had someone in it when they opened the door (that caused a surprise for that guest!), but the third time was a charm and we had a room. The area has nothing to speak of, the breakfast was remarkably minimal, etc. Glad we were only there a night while passing through."

"This property is in a great area. Restaurants and shopping are very nearby. Felt like a safe area. We stayed in a 1-bedroom king suite. The room was clean, it was with little damage. There was a little wear on the furniture. The layout was exactly the same as a couple of Sonesta Suites we stayed in. The king-size bed was comfortable. Great workspace in the room. I would stay at this location again."

"Staff was wonderful and very friendly. My 6 year old had a blast in the indoor pool area. However, I will say if he was a little bit smaller I'm not sure he would have enjoyed it as much. We will definitely be back and hope to catch some rays outdoors! When leaving, my son asked if we could go back, so it was a win for all!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. Budget friendly, very convenient location to shopping, dining and The Great Wolf Lodge. Breakfast included was helpful and satisfying. Staff was friendly. Would stay again. "
