千万别踩坑，这家住宿态度差，糟糕透了，是我住过的最差的酒店！千万不要踩坑！超级差！安排房间有歧视，我们亚洲人不要入住这个酒店！听劝！Avoid this place at all costs. The staff’s attitude was terrible, and the overall experience was absolutely awful. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

Staff is very courteously and location of hotel was fantastic.

Room was very comfortable and clean with nice amenities but no fridge to store my meds in. I was fortunate that I had frozen water bottles so it was able to stay cold during my stay.

Great location immediately next to the Interlaken West train station, zero noise, lots and lots of shopping and restaurant options. A mile walk to Interlaken East. The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was great! Highly recommend.
