It’s on the second floor of The Franklin House, an Art Deco building built in 1934 and recently renovated. On the first floor, there is a daiquiri bar, as well as an edgy bacon-themed cafe. The studio offers two queen-size beds. What's nearby: During your stay, you’ll be close to everything South Beach has to offer, including exciting nightlife, restaurants, and shops.       Best priced! Best location! Best room! .... that i ever rented here in South Beach. Only problem is the music plays pretty loud from the restaurant all day. But i would definitly rebook here my next time in town

      • Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities

      This appartement should not be advertised!! It is right above a very loud bar / night club without any sort of isolation. It is impossible to sleep even with earplugs. We had to leave this place before the end of the trip and book another one. Please remove this place from any of your websites!!! We will file a complaint as this information was not given before the check-in. Also the score of 4,5/5 must be a lie as nothing justify a such a good score.
