The rooms appear clean, however after a night there we found a small roach. After 3 roaches it was enough. My daughter left a day early I reported it said they would pass it on😌 never bothered with breakfast, they never came for our linens. I had to call for fresh ones, had to set trash outside the door hence maybe the draw for roaches. It was affordable yes no pool but pet friend and we needed that for a small dog. I would not reccoomend this place for anyone. If one roach got in my belongings they will get a bill for exterminating my house.

Beautiful place. Amazing views. I would stay here every time. The property owners were very nice and answered any questions I had. They made sure I was taken care of. If you are in pigeon forge or gatlinburg, stay here.
