“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature.
For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included.
We’ll look for other options next time for……

“The design of the hotel and the amenities offered were great. However, once the HIDDEN charges showed up on the bill, we were totally surprised. An additional $30 plus per day of service charges were added up, such as those infamous "resort fee"....It was definitely not a resort experience. There wasn't even a coffee maker in the room :)
For a three night stay, we ended up paying an additional $100+ for what was initially agreed.”

“I'm not a stranger to small rooms. I've stayed in a pod hotel in NYC before, so I was prepared for a small space. It took me by surprise how small it actually was though. My daughter and I walked into our bunk bed room with our two small roller bags, and had difficulty closing the door. It was tiny! Because of the size of the bunk bed ladder, it was hard to even both sit on the bottom bunk. It felt like we were playing Tetris for the next 3 days... hard for both of us to exist in the room at the……
