“There was broken tiles in the bathroom and the plug in the bathtub didn’t work. The room was dirty. It’s been a week and we still haven’t gotten our hundred dollar deposit back. We let them know the morning after about the damages in the room that were already there when we got there. The customer service was terrible. They also charged us an additional $30 for two kids to stay there.”

"We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant.
