“The person at the desk was super helpful. The ice machine was broken so he got us some ice. The elevator was broken and being seniors and women he carried our 50lb suitcases up to floor 3. I don’t know what we would have done if he hadn’t helped us. It is an old building so can use some repairs but otherwise not bad. I would stay there again if tge elevator worked.”

“We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched. We needed a cooking pot to boil eggs, but it wasn't available to work with the induction unit. Two tread mills avaliable in the fitness area and one was broken.”

“Furniture needed to be either shampooed or replaced. Carpet in the common area after getting off the elevator needed to be cleaned”
