Polite and friendly staff always with a smile. Great location. The top floors are beautiful and comfortable. Wi-Fi is not good. I always stay at the hotel for its location. Cleaning could be improved, it's impossible to walk around without rest. Overall, I recommend it.

This Hotel is clean, accomodating, comfortable, and a great place to relax, wash, and sleep. Some of the staff speak more languages than Portuguese, which was very helpful. Great breakfast each morning. Made sure I was comfortable without being intrusive. I hope I get to stay here again. Highly recommend.
