“My son and I stayed here for a weekend to explore the fall leaf color. As a former VRBO host and a seasoned traveler, I can confidently say that this was my best stay ever. The studio is about one hour away from Grandfather Mountain and Ashville. We flew into Charlotte, which is also about an hour away. The drive to the property is pretty. “Stayed for one night. Just after arriving a beautiful deer walked in front of the house and hung out by the car for a few. Really cool sight. House itself is beautifully maintained/clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and using the firepit to make smores. Played with the foosball table and watched TV. Plenty of room for our family of 3 (plus 2 dogs). Pet friendly. “We rented both units at the Biergarten, the combined available space is HUGE, and extremely well outfitted. I echo 100% the comfort of the beds. It right in the middle of Blowing Rock, directly across a small drive from the Blowing Rock Brewing Company (Restaurant there as well). My boys (10, 13, 14, 16) and I spent the night and hit up App Ski the next morning. My wife didn't make the trip, too bad, she would have been soooo impressed with me picking this spot. We would definately stay……
