The modern marina had better food than anywhere we have been, live staged outdoor opera and many shops-if you like designer things. The ferry is 3 minutes an away which saves a lot of driving from the Croatian border if coming from Dubrovnik, the breakfasts are local cuisine influenced. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area. "Gorgeous room with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. Very comfy bed and nice shower. Lovely, helpful staff. We paid for parking just outside the center of Perast. You may have to wait a while for parking as the lot is small and there are many people trying to park there for its proximity to Perast. The breakfast was excellent with a lovely selection of hot and cold items. Would highly recommend!"
