Staff were excellent at taking care of individual needs. The buffet breakfast was also a good way to start the day.

Very clean, and good location, but the room was very dark with no exterior window.

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. Second one for us to stay at that has a Michelin key. And rightly so. We had a last minute booking because of our flight being canceled. The staff made us feel right at home. Rooms are much more spacious than the pictures make them look. The interior design is impeccable. Every detail thought of. Concierge told us about all the amenities and perks of the hotel. One of the coolest things is that there is a 10% off shopping and dining in select nearby restaurants and shops. The TV menu has a full list. Also, they have a nice complimentary pillow menu that I sure took advantage of. We used overnight laundry service and asked that clothes be ready by 8am. When called at 7:30am to see if it could be delivered, the staff was at our door with it within minutes. Absolutely impressive. They also offered us a late checkout without us requesting it. But there was no need because we had to catch the next flight home. And let’s talk about their toiletries! Oh my! The shampoo is just amazing! It felt like honey on my hair and made it smell and feel so good! Needless to say, if we are ever back, we would definitely stay at this hotel again. Luxury for a very affordable price. 11/10!

It was a wonderful hotel in a great location with 5 star amenities. I would recommend for anyone wanting a pampered downtown Aukland experience.

Great airport hotel. Breakfast buffet was not great, the hot food did not look appealing, but the front desk staff was great!
