“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. Everything was thought through, from a welcome gift bag to a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and even laundry supplies. All the appliances were brand new, the furniture was comfortable and well chosen, and it was clear someone set it up as if they were going to live here themselves.The place was spotless, well lit, and in a safe area with plenty of parking. “It took several emails to get some minor repairs completed. We could not get local TV stations. Furniture was not comfortable, sat too low to the floor. VRBO has a double bed but there is room for a king which would be nicer. VRBO was clean but they need to purchase stainless steel cleaner for the refrigerator.”
