“I stayed here while starting a new job in the area, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Everything was thought through, from a welcome gift bag to a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and even laundry supplies. All the appliances were brand new, the furniture was comfortable and well chosen, and it was clear someone set it up as if they were going to live here themselves.The place was spotless, well lit, and in a safe area with plenty of parking. The host was attentive, quick to respond,……

“The property is nice but definitely an old building. Also the windows had cracks in them, bed wasn’t the most comfortable thing I’ve slept in but it gets the job done. Cleaning fees are a bit much on this property. There’s no central AC and only had two AC units which one of the bedrooms didn’t have one. And the door was hanging off the hinges. All of that can be good a side though. Check in process was easy, neighborhood was nice, location to Peoria was decent, it is equipment with everything……

“I stayed 4 nights. This is great little apartment that is great for single person. Very clean. There is a frat house a couple doors down but they were only loud early in the evening and I had no issues sleeping Parking was easy. I parked in front of the house and felt very safe and comfortable ”
