This wonderfully quaint home on Cotter’s historic Boulevard has been renovated and fully furnished with you in mind! There is ample parking under the carport which includes a drive through path that allows you to come and go with a boat/trailer with ease!
Our home has been decorated as a fisherman's paradise that will allow you to truly enjoy your vacation or time away.
Cotter’s history was centered upon the Railroad which once included the Roundhouse and many other industries that utilized the nearby White River to service their customers. “The Boulevard” has been a historic area where parades have made their way to the center of town over the years. The parades even included the likes of President Theodore Roosevelt in the town’s heyday! After transitioning from the U.S. Army, my wife and I found our way back home to the community that loved and supported us for so many years. We were blessed to be able to purchase this home which was one that I mowed on a regular basis as a young boy.
We look forward to you relaxing here and enjoying a bit of the rich history while you are only a short walk to the historic rainbow bridge, Cotter spring, and many other historic sites and buildings!
