“This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator. AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.”

“We were tired traveling so sleep was the only goal with a shower. Floors were very dirty walked from shower to bed and wiped my feet on a white towel which came up muddy dirty. Shower pressure was fantastic for my long hair. Wasn't looking for the Ritz but was better than motel sketchy.”
