The staff was very friendly but the property itself is pitiful. I wouldn't stay here again personally and I nearly checked myself into another hotel; but again, the customer service was good.

Close to the I-85 with 3 gas stations in close proximity. The room was clean and everything worked, especially the air conditioning during one of the hottest weeks of the year. There is a free breakfast 6-9 AM and coffee is available 25/7. The room was quiet and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately there was a sign that the pool was out of service for the season.

Clean and comfortable- all things worked, except the tv had a combo I couldn't figure out (I am technologically challenged). Bed goof; bathroom good; breakfast, your usual continental, nothing special, though waffles were available. Economical.

This hotel is an exact mirror of where American lodging is headed.....its a 2-4 story luxury/budget facility, modular furnishings, room microwave/refridgerator, iron, and LVP flooring. The building could have been a Comfort Inn, LaQuinta, Holiday Inn Express, or Drury Inn. You have stayed here 500 times. It was quiet, safe, and the internet was excellent. Lot's of TV channels but very complex to use. One of the friendliest staffs I have ever come in contact with. Breakfast was the usual for this class of hotel. Spent $80, including tax which was on the low end for this city.

Most of the staff was very helpful and considerate for the reason that I was traveling- however when I went to go get the breakfast, I had a problem understanding how to work the cereal machine. No one was around to ask how to work it. I messed with it for at least 15 minutes before opening the lid and putting a bowl inside the container to get my cereal suddenly a woman a staff member screeching out at me about the procedure and about how it was a health violation. I tried to apologize that she would have to replace 3 cups of cereal because I might’ve accidentally touched it with the bowl when I tried to apologize I was yelled at and was told that I was raising my voice. I felt made stupid when I walked over to the counter. They were still talking about how stupid I was for not being able to work the cereal machine. This made me feel very small instead of explaining things she screamed at me to ask somebody while there was nobody around to ask. I doubt that I will ever stay quality again because of this experience and I doubt that I ever will recommend quality Inn because of this experience.

Parking lot first night we were there had people drinking beer around parked cars. Some sitting on curb blocking people from parking in spots. Outside trash cans full all weekend. Shower head had very low water pressure.

I didn’t have breakfast. My husband did and said it was adequate. Parking was not a problem. Culver’s is right next door. I have no issue with staff or service but the hotel is run down. It’s as if no one cares.
