1) At the time of checkin, I was informed that there was a difference in rate advertised on expedia and the actual rate. Had to pay ₹1820 extra. There was another person with the same problem. Late at night, I didn't even have an option to look for something else.
2) Room itself was not cleaned properly. Esp the floor had a lot of dirt.
3) Very hard to call canteen. The night I checked in, nobody answered my call despite front desk assuring me that canteen is open. The same thing on the morning I had to check out.
4) The front desk person didn't return me my aadhar card. I missed this because of the commotion at front desk about pricing at checkin time. The contact number listed on expedia listing is that of some OYO call center in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana. When called, they require a PNR number. I was never provided this PNR so I cannot even get in touch with anyone to retrieve my aadhar. Doesn't expedia verify property contact info on listings? Very shoddy work, both from property management as well as expedia.
