Room for Rent is an awesome property. The amenities in the room are exactly what you need for a vacation, the location is not far from the train station (only 20 mins to get to Munich), the area is quiet and has grocery stores nearby. The staff are friendly and willing to tell you about the area and places to go. I would definitely stay here again.

Wir hatten für eine Nacht gebucht. Es war sauber ( unterm Bett vergessen ) zweckmäßig. Auch für mehr Nächte prima geeignet. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Küche vorhanden. Alles in allem prima.

Entspannte Woche

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub dort und waren rundum zufrieden. Für Allergiker geeignet. Es gibt Allergikerbettwaren und keine Teppiche. Man muss die besonderen Öffnungszeiten am Wochenende bei der Ankunft beachten. Essen gibt es nicht. Dafür sind die Zimmer wie Studios mit voll funktionaler Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Man kann sich zuhause fühlen. Das Personal war sehr nett.

A nice out-of-the way hotel in safe neighbourhood

The room was lovely and the staff was helpful, speaking english, which is great as we don't speak german. Nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and easy access.

방은 좀 좁지만 깔끔한데다 주방도 딸려있고, 5유로면 세탁실도 이용가능해서 좋았습니다. 어매니티도 좋은 제품으로 준비되어 있고, 친절한 직원들까지 부족함이 하나도 없었습니다.

Our recent stay at this hotel was pleasant and enjoyable. We arrived a little late but reception had thought to provide details of how to get in by email. Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and in very good condition. Reception were also very helpful with dining options and the location of the hotel is close to shops.

Tolles Hotel!!! Immer gerne wieder

An diesem Hotel gibt es eigentlich nichts zu bemängeln: Es liegt zwar nicht in der Innenstadt Münchens, die Verkehrsanbindung ist jedoch sehr gut. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man an der S-Bahn Station und fährt nur 15 Minuten zum Marienplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. In den Zimmern fühlt man sich wirklich wie zu Hause. Es ist sauber, modern und gemütlich! Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen, da die Betten sehr komfortabel waren, man die Fenster durch Rollos komplett abdunkeln konnte und die Schallisolierung gut ist - es war sehr ruhig. Internet und Fernseher funktionierten einwandfrei. Sowohl das Badezimmer als auch der Wohnraum und die Küchenzeile sind super aufgeteilt und eingerichtet. Wenn man etwas kochen möchte findet man in den Küchenschränke alle nötigen Geräte dazu und die Zutaten kann man in der Nähe kaufen. Ein Bäcker ist nur um die Ecke gelegen. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!

리셉션이 굉장히 친절하고 좋았습니다. 한가지 단점은 뮌헨중앙역에서 좀 거리가 있다는 점인데 지하철타면 20분 이내로 갈 거리라서 크게 불편함은 못느꼈습니다.

Thank you Room for Rent!

I needed to get from Bitburg to Munich in a hurry due to my grandmother not being well. I didn't want to spend a fortune but the important things to me in a hotel are cleanliness and location. After doing tons of back and forth from website to website, I stumbled upon rooms for rent and the pictures almost scared me away thinking it was a hostel of some sort. Not the case at all. After doing some further research I learned that Room For Rent is a brand new apartment building that the owners turned into apartment styled living/hotel. It's a bit different than a standard hotel in that, the reception desk has limited hours to check-in/out as well as other needs you might have but there is a number where you can always reach someone with any question you might have. The rooms are VERY clean and peaceful. Super beautiful bathroom/shower, crisp white sheets, and a little kitchen table with two chairs. The rooms are even equipped with a kitchen sink and everything else you might need for cooking! The smell from the room was so clean and wonderful. Nice quiet and relaxing room located in the wonderful quarter of Unterhaching. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores available for your every need. Free wi-fi is wonderful and you can get the password at the front desk. The hotel is absolutely no smoking which was even more wonderful. I'm a smoker bht dont find the need tk sleep in it. I will be staying here every time I go to Munich!

とてもモダンなホテル

清潔でデザイナースタッフが揃っていると感心させられるホテルです。次回も必ず泊まりたいです。備え付けのシャンプーや石鹸も高級品でした。無料駐車場も便利でした。朝食はついていません。鍵もカード式でとても便利です。財布に簡単に入ります。門限は9時ですが鍵で簡単に入れます。

깨끗하고 생각보다 넓은 시설에 위치도 중심가과 30분정도 거리로 무난합니다 주변에는 대형마트도 있어서 간이 취사가 가능하다는 장점을 크게 부각시켜줍니다ㅎ 이와 함께 친절한 리셉션 매우 매우 큰 장점입니다~

The room was comfort and clean, we were happy with using of the cooking tools. The Design of room was simple and good. Service was good and the staff was nice! 4. There were 3 markets from the train station to the hotel, while the location of the hotel was a bit difficult to local.
