“We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). “It was very crowded on Saturday so it made the property: like pool areas, a little bit dirty than I expected. Overall was good though, I got to enjoy the pools and beach more on Sunday and the coffee and breakfast from the cafe was yummy. ”

“The hotel's sound insulation is not very good, but the overall price/performance ratio is OK.”

“The staff was super nice but was located on the loudest side of town possible. The air conditioner wasn’t the coldest and had gaps between the unit and wall allowing to see outside and hot air in. The commode sat to the floor like it belonged in a kindergarten class, the br wasn’t the cleanest not because it wasn’t clean but because it was old and worn out leaving staines to be visible. Yea one gets what they paid for in cheapness so don’t expect a room made for a king. But again staff was nice.……

“Love that its dog friendly and on the boardwalk. All-around great deal for the location. Pro's: AC unit worked well, great view, great price, great location. Potential improvement options: carpet was really dirty and room smelled strong of smoke (but was listed as non smoking). Ultimately, i am not disappointed and would stay again! ”
