"Our stay at Riad Marraplace was pleasant, and the room and service were good. However, what truly made our experience special was Karim, the morning receptionist. He is an absolute treasure and the real gem of this Riad! Karim is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and a true gentleman. His hospitality and willingness to help made all the difference during our stay. I sincerely hope the management recognizes how fortunate they are to have someone as exceptional as Karim on their team. He is the main reason I’m giving this Riad five stars. "One of our many stays here and whilst we would return, there is room for improvements. The rooms are lovely and spacious; however, our room was very noisy late at night due to being adjacent to a nightclub and service areas. Unfortunately earplugs were not available at the front desk. Food is always fantastic with plenty of options and the grounds are stunning and well maintained. Waiting staff in the restaurant and bars are wonderful and the rooms were well kept by housekeepers."
