“Hôtel à fuir! Nous avons réservés une chambre (suite deluxe, balcon, vue piscine) pour 3 nuits. À notre arrivée, le réceptionniste était étonné de notre réservation. Il appelle un responsable alcoolisé. Au bout de 20 minutes, on nous donne enfin la carte de la chambre. On se dirige vers les ascenseurs et là, une odeur affreuse… mélange de cigarette, alcool, transpiration! Tout ça en découvrant qu’au -1 de l’hôtel se trouve une discothèque. Nous arrivons dans la chambre mais qui n’était pas……

“Honestly, the staff were so bad it was ridiculous. From the moment we arrived, they came across cold, blunt and completely uninterested in guests. My partner isn't Moroccan and the way he was spoken to felt noticeably different and uncomfortable. Most interactions felt like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there.
