This is a superb hotel. I have stayed several times over a few years. Brilliant location. Excellent facilities; pool, gym, spa, good wifi. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Restaurant and food is very are good. Most importantly the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

It is a really lovely hotel, but the staff don't care. Despite us booking in with a child and an infant we still had to get them to put a cot in and set up the second bed. Staff generally weren't very friendly, in many cases dismissive. Lovely hotel with great amenities, but they didn't seem to care as much. Breakfast was good - a decent mix of foods, sometimes slow to get replacement foods out like yoghurt - but that's only a small issue. Eggs were hard boiled and left in a steaming hot pot so weren't really edible.

Excellent 3 nights stay with my family, staff very helpful, the suite was 10/10, beautiful and spacious with a huge balcony, kids loved it, pool was perfect for the kids, breakfast was very accommodating.. only downside was lack of gluten free options for my wife.. overall the hotel is in the perfect location very central, and the hotel itself is very clean with welcoming staff! Would defo return there.. 10/10
