We requested room decoration with balloons and flowers, and they did an amazing job—especially with the beautifully arranged dessert room. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, and they arranged music and performances that added a lovely festive touch to the celebration. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of.
