This was our favorite stay during our 2 week Japan vacation.
The hotel is impeccably designed with attention to detail around every corner.
The service is amazing with genuine Japanese hospitality

Superb in all respects. Thermal springs absolutely a stand out. Service like no other. Y1900 for a coffee is a bit rich but it was excellent. Little noisy in street side rooms

We liked the physical property and the helpfulness of the front desk and concierge staff.
The restaurant staff were not as customer service oriented.

The property is stunning. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. If I would have changed anything, it would be a bit more deeper massage during spa, and restaurant seemed to have some young staff who were not as polished as other experiences I have had. Otherwise stay was lovely.
