Room wise only issue we had was running out of body wash and having to request it a few times instead of it just being refilled automatically when the room cleaning was done. There was a small coffee table in the room as well that should be replaced as it was not in the best shape. Property wise the pool space was great but having paid to stay at the hotel already and should be able to enjoy the amenities as you please, it does not seem okay that you are not permitted to bring any food or drink with you so you purchase at from the pool bar.

A lot of unnecessary walking around hotel to get to places in the hotel, Small lobby, limited dining, beds uncomfortable, pillows terrible, 2 small crowded pools, beach was a far hike with no umbrellas available unless you wanted to pay extra. Limited food / dining choices. Valet parking was a small area off of a busy road.

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We were hoping for a resort-style place to unwind for a day before we travelled to Sapa. We arrived at 6am hoping for an early check-in.
