There is a full-service urban grocery store (HG Hill Urban Market) only one block away, a wine and liquor store across the street and Walgreens is a short walk away. Whether you are in Music City to work or play, this loft is ideally located to everything Nashville has to offer.

Upon entering this stylish second story loft, you’ll love the open floor plan and modern décor. Exposed beams and pipes on the ceiling, hardwood floors, and raw brick set the stage for this outstanding space. Oversized windows provide a great view of the urban landscape and plenty of natural light. The kitchen and bar area are accented with black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash. There is a well-appointed seating area with a flat screen TV and dining table for four people.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed with plenty of storage space and if you need a little fresh air, you can step out onto the balcony. The sofa converts to a comfortable queen bed offering additional sleeping. The jack and jill bath has a shower/tub combo with a glass door and fantastic slate tile. This cool loft even has a washer/dryer. Come and stay awhile!

We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets. Despite our central location, this condo is very quiet. Because of that, it is NOT suitable for parties or events, as they will disrupt the neighbors. Violations of listed policies can result in a forced early check-out.
