The location so near Country Club Plaza is great. Overall, I like the place, but this weekend I thought the lobby floor needed cleaning and the furniture in the lobby needed dusting. The staff was amenable when we found our TV remote wasn't working and brought up a different one.

The hotel was very nice for the price we paid. The beds were hard. The staff was a little standoffish. Not sure if they were tired or having a bad day but came off a little rude. Overall, it was a good place to stay.
