“This place was disgusting. There was a roach when we went to lay down and the man at the front desk was so rude DO NOT STAY HERE! ”

“Under renovation (which we were informed about the day of our check in). Upon check in, we were told we were lucky because we would be in one of the newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, they are poorly done in every way. Nothing was functional, everything is cheap and done halfway (missing outlet covers, power strips hanging at the back of the bed, visible caulking), entire hotel smelled bad. Additionally, the desk was unattended most evenings with easy access to the building, the food permit……

“Drop this hotel from your recommended list of hotels, bad for your brand.”

“quick in, quick out. not much contact with staff but the hall had a "pet" smell and were later told that "animals permitted" and we were placed in that area. not staying longer than 6 hours ~ we dealt with it.”

“In the refrigerator it's was old food from previous people the room was not really clean, the floors in the bathroom and stuck so bad, the heater didn't work, the window has a big gap and all the cold air was coming in so we had a really cold night. Definitely not staying there again ”
