“Why do hotels always say to leave towels on the floor if you want them replaced when they don't perform housekeeping until you check out?”

“Expected a little more out of this hotel for the price that we paid. Shower still had a used soap bar from previous persons stay. Vent in the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. Ceiling had damage and water spots. For the price I paid, I expected a little better of a room unfortunately and cleanliness. Could’ve booked next door and saved myself $200 for what this was unfortunately.”

“We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and surrounding area felt safe.”

“The bathroom had a few leaks. The carpet was not flat. The pool was very cloudy.”

“Parking lot was being sealed which made checking in a challenge. Charged a pet fee of $45 rather than the $25 that was the listed fee online when I made the reservation.”

“The pool was pretty nice. The Personnel is the problem. Do not have a clean culture, nor a service culture, no towels in the pool area, the Hotel was dirty in the open areas, hallways. Our room had a pretty bad mattress and no response to change it. We stayed 3 nights and no resolution. The Hotel Asset is pretty good, but the staff in front desk... always in their phones,and hanging around...”

“Well there was cops on the neighboring abandoned a property also the cops were in the parking lot of the hotel that we are at there was screws in the windows of our room and I could tell others it was a further drive to what our original destination. It seemed like they were doing a stakeout for our hotel at any point in time the hallway floors were not clean neither was our room the room was decent but I would expect any type of a refund because of the inconvenience of where it was rated also……

“It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“The floors were filthy. You could see the dust built up around the edges of the room, the beds, the furniture. There was dust bunnies hanging from the bathroom fan.”

“It wasn’t a bad place for the price, Had a small kitchen in the room. Only dislike was it only had blinds for the window, no blackout curtain”

“The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).”

“Homeless sleeping outside hotel. Homeless tents set up across the street. Place rundown and not safe. Didn’t stay”

“The property needs to be renovated, very out dated. Plumbing work is needed, Staff is very nice but can only use the resources they have to make a pleasant stay for their guest. ”

“Linens stained, perhaps soiled (mainly top covers). Place is showing some wear. Sheets a bit rough, but probably provide some exfoliation. Not much available for breakfast, but you are in luck if an oatmeal packet and an apple would do. Parking convenient. Not a place for lite sleepers, overlooks the highway and quite close. Mattress acceptable. Also, if a sign is on the desk saying, “Assisting another guest, back in 10, call —- in an emergency”, call immediately. After a 15 minute wait,……

“There was trash all over the property, my room didn't get cleaned until I said something to the front desk and that was the days after I arrived. The staff basically ignored my calls to the front desk no answer. The hall room 124 i was in smelled like weed. The whole hallway was smelling like weed. The breakfast was good. That was about it.”
