We visited at the end of April when this hotel was still under construction. It was a minor inconvenience as we paid for a “garden view” when the view was a complete construction zone. They did upgrade our room size because of this. That being said, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were very friendly. We stayed 2 nights and ate at the restaurant both nights. Their buffet breakfast is also amazing. Seeing that the hotel is no longer under construction, I would definitely stay here again.

We were six nights on family vacation. The staff the best you have experienced! Service room was great! Front desk is absolutely amazing! We can’t express our gratitude! Anything we ask and we always had a help! Super friendly and super helpful. How to get in and directions. Breakfast was great and delicious! Stuff were great and helpful and friendly! This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it!

Lovely property in this hidden seaside town. No air conditioning nor screens on the windows (windows open = bugs in room). Food in restaurant and at breakfast was great. The bar allows smoking, which I have not seen in over a decade. The town is tiny but the views are lovely.
