“The property is well maintained and it’s convenient to downtown Cooperstown. It’s your basic Holiday Inn-what you would expect. Coffee available 24/7 is a bonus.”

“Even though They don’t serve breakfast fast in the morning still we Like it.”

“The room was better than expected. I asked for early check-in, before 3:00 pm. They called and told me room would be ready at 2:15. Arrived at 3:10 and room was not ready. Front desk was very confused and said he could do nothing. Then a manager came out changed our rooms and got us in. We had 10 min to get ready for a wedding 25 min away.”

“Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.”

“Beautiful view from lodge itself.. grounds well groomed. Room ok. We were in dark room with ground view. Rug stained and no blankets in room. Booked through Expedia and despite one of 3 couples in the entire lodge, when we asked for a king bed we were told that there were none available. Also told by front desk personnel that a third party booking will put you in less desired rooms. ? Like really? We stayed 2 nights and booked it weeks ago. Maybe not worth the price for two nights during the……
