“Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Good location”

“Air conditioning unit leaking on the carpet.dresser drawer wouldn’t stay shut, several electrical outlets wouldn’t work correctly and drain in bathroom leaked and couldn’t take a bath. Toilet paper holder broke. Not the best stay from my experiences with Holiday Inns”

“It was very clean. Definitely an upscale hotel. Breakfast was great and lots of variety such as French toast, bacon, sausage, ham, cereal and a variety of toast. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here every time we come back home to visit.”

“Clean room”

“First and last one, I am very upset about the hotel's condition; it was dirty and smelled of marijuana. There was dog hair everywhere—and my daughter is allergic to it. The carpet smelled absolutely disgusting, and since the whole hotel is carpeted, it was revolting. The sheets and towel were dirty and dingy; the only time they had ever been white was when they were first bought. Honestly, it looked nothing like the photos. I was so grossed out by the place that we didn't even go to the pool.……

“I understand you get what you pay for, but this is ridiculous. The rooms were dirty. My child got locked in the bathroom for hours overnight because the bathroom door did not unlock from the inside. I told the staff immediately when it happened the first time they said they would get somebody to the room to fix it because they could not move me by the next morning. No one still came. I had to go two more times. The staff refused to move me, the staff refused to fix any of the other situations.……

“Everything was great”

“The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast and coffee was very good. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the USB outlets by the bed and under the TV weren't working, but the one on the lamp was. The TV occasionally had bad reception, but not too bad.The air conditioning unit by the window leaked water on the floor at times, but it still worked well and kept the room nice and cool.”

“Pool was closed for no reason it didn't say anything about the pool not being available”

“Check in clerk was excellent. Morning clerk (on phone) was meh.”
