Listing was accurate. However I will add the upstairs bedroom is HOT!! The upstairs had 2 pillows and they needed replaced. No washcloths at all in downstairs bathroom. It is going to come off. Very unsafe. Not for older folks No AC & no dishwasher. Carpet had stains, missing screens on windows and alot of flies in window seals & lights. Breaker flipped in upstairs bathroom and we were locked out of the room that had the breaker box in it. This was a great property for our girls trip! The view from the porch was a great to enjoy with a morning cup of coffee!The property was very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walks! It was a quick walk to the clubhouse and a 7 min drive to the nearby hot springs. Exterior of house and grounds are not well maintained. When we arrived, the cleaning was incomplete; bed did not have a top sheet, lipstick on pillow, bath mat was laying on bedroom floor, outside garbage was overfull and remained that way for the whole stay. In spite of that, it was an nice place to stay, certainly better than a hotel room. Beds are just OK.
