"Very nice, clean, quiet property, literally 30-second walk to the beach. Spacious, had privacy, which made up for not overlooking the beach as we expected. 10 a.m. check out is firm. We were gathering the last bit of stuff we had, and 10am, they were at the door for us to be gone, lol! We had a really good time here with no major issues! Booked again for next year with 2 extra days added! Can not wait!! "

"This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. "

"Overall, we had an incredible stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, in regards to suggestions on where to eat and fun places to visit. We received breakfast vouchers for the Mermaid Cafe next door and were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending the hotel to others! "
