"Nice place to stay."

"Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is...

"Communication was fabulous with our host, even on Christmas Day! The facility is clean and well supplied, as well as there was plenty of room for two adults and one preteen for the two overnights we were in town. It never hurts that we were staying right on the beach! I know we will consider staying here again when visiting family in Daytona! "

"The room was very clean along with the bathroom very nice overall. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me. The apartment was located on the 7th floor elevator was quite quick most of the time even though one was out. The other residents of the building seem to be various mixture of people living there and short-term and almost transient like tennants.
