“Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. “horrible stay - freezer froze all foods, no closet space as it was locked. very poor communication. had to figure out my parking and had to log on to the computer in lobby by self. Called Owner night arrived - no call back whole stay. hot tub had stones in - and was advised it was up to par when asked. never stay here again. beach was great, but that had nothing to do with the place. very misleading from pictures. don't trust this lady. “The room was very clean along with the bathroom very nice overall. Took 2 days for someone to get back to me. The apartment was located on the 7th floor elevator was quite quick most of the time even though one was out. The other residents of the building seem to be various mixture of people living there and short-term and almost transient like tennants.
