“This is a wonderful unit that is extremely well cared for. Very clean all around & well appointed. Excellent blow up mattress on pull out couch that is a great upgrade to usual couch mattresses. Lovely views to the east & north. Absolutely would return to this unit. A fantastic value all around!”

“Very cute condo right in the beach. Easy access to beach. Quiet building. Amazing views and great balcony to sit on and sip a drink while taking in the water. Although kitchen is small it is well stocked with the essentials. It was great to arrive and find ice in the icemaker. Nex was comfortable and reclining couch was a plus.Only tealReason for 4 stars is that the listing did notMention the pool was under construction ( did not find this out until after booking non refundable stay when owner……

“We enjoyed the Apartment at Oasis-its beachfront location is fantastic and the pool area is nice and well maintained. A few quick notes for hosts:*Only one toilet paper per bathroom- more would help larger groups.*No beach towels provided (a heads-up in the listing would be great)*No iron or Ironing Board were provided.*A blender for fruit juice or dips was missing.* Three Coffee mugs was not enough for six people.*Just one Key fob for six guests made access tricky -two would have been ideal.I……

“Everything was perfect! Check-in was made easy even though we got in late. The beds were comfortable, and the space in general was just what we needed. Pools were great and access to the beach was right there. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The view from the balcony was fantastic, and we appreciated the fact that it was a gated community with security. ”

“This condo was perfect for our family vacation. The views were amazing. Very clean & spacious. It was our first experience staying in Daytona Beach.Our only issue was construction on the balcony, which is out of the property managers hands, as it was very noisy & wasnt able to use the balcony while they were working. We made the best out of it anyway. Contacted Dominic did credit us back some due to the inconvenience, which was very nice. Will book this place again next time we visit……
