wife and i and 2year old and 3 year old had the japannese room. matress on the floor so safe for the kids. nice hot spring tub for the kids to play in.

Not the best stay

On hotels.com app, it said breakfast for 2, but upon arriving they said no breakfast but we still paid the price for the room with breakfast. staff only checked 1 vaccine card, not the other guest...? Room was fine, though there's a bright green exit sign inside the room which bothered my sleeping. Power went out, but when it came on staff never turned on hallway lights or the wifi, so was without promised wifi for a couple hours, never being returned before checking out.

Please take a look of your reservation email, on the booking form it shows "room only", which means "breakfast excluded", it also means you have only paid for room, just the room! We also would like to apologize any discomfort has caused during your staying! In future we will remind to all our guests while checking in, if any confusion or problem occur, please let us know soon as possible, so we can make arrangement right away, because we wished all our guests able to have a wonderful experience here with us!

Comfy rooms

Japanese style Rooms were nice, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was cold but their coffee was decent. There is restaurants and convenience stores in the area.
