Fabulous location right next to the ferry to Manhattan for a quick jump over to the Financial District. Nice area to wander around and grab a bite to eat. Views are insane. We went to the rooftop restaurant for the skyline views. Food was decent but atmosphere was the showstopper. Would stay again.

Chose the room because of the location but I was very happy. Its definitely for young people in the city for a good time. I came for a funeral. I really appreciated going back to positive energy and a building full of life and culture. Will stay again.

We were very disappointed in our experience, and the unpleasant staff. When I checked out I told the desk clerk that I was unhappy with my stay, and he just looked at me and handed me my receipt. Will be leaving a review on yelp.
