Great location, excellent staffPosted Nov 21, 2015
This hotel was lovely. A great price for the size of room in NYC, we traveled with my parents and our 8 month old and had plenty of room to put him down and still have a coffee and a few drinks in the one bedroom suite. Fabulous location, central to everything in walking distance. My only complaint would be the air con seemed to not work well, it was always either too hot or too cold. And the beds were insanely squeaky!! Otherwise a great hotel would recommend to others for sure

Would definitely recommend and return againPosted Nov 20, 2015
Pros: Excellent service and room comfort. Great location.
Cons: Wifi was free for one hour each day in the lobby so no problem with keeping up to date - maybe limited time free wifi in the room would be a bonus?
Location: As above - great location. We even walked down to the southern end of Manhatten to world trade centre/Statton island ferry one day.
Excellent location for visiting tourist attractions - on 34th and Lexington in mid town within easy walking distance of Times Square, Empire State, Grand Central Station. Very friendly and helpful reception staff and Sean consierge was very helpful arranging transport back to airport. Our queen room was a great size with good size kitchen if you needed to do some cooking during your stay. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and maid service was exceptional. I would definitely return on subsequent visit to NY.

Convenient for Midtown ManhattenPosted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: Location, spacious
Cons: Complicated shower/bath tap freezes or boils you.
Location: Near Empire State. Lots of small delis, shops etc.
We booked a 3-4 person room. Quite spacious, although sofa bed was not very comfortable. Facilities OK although bathroom plumbing was idiosyncratic.

Perfect location, perfect bed!Posted Nov 12, 2015
Adequate clean & tidy accommodation for a four night stay in a great location with the most comfortable bed we have slept in since arriving in the states three weeks ago. And if you like a window open at night like us, this one allows just that. Kitchen a bonus equipped with basic needs. Rooms a little tired but you get what you pay for in New York City. All in all a comfortable stay.

Old and broken!Posted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: people were nice.
Location: location was OK but VERYnoisy.
A lot of things broken and old. No restaurant. A/C was broken...room temperature went to 82 degrees. Pillows need to be bigger. They were to e-mail me a corrected bill...I still don't have it!

Fantastic place to stay!Posted Nov 5, 2015
This hotel was fantastic. The location was brilliant to see all the sights and very central. We were able to walk to most of the attractions and got the subway everywhere else. The hotel was clean and confortable and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the hotel noise was quiet. We could not any other guests. the siren noise in NY is 24/7 and loud but that would be whereever you stayed and the air conditioning units were noisy but definitly not a reason not to stay there. I would defintily reccomend this hotel to any tourists wishing to see the sights of NY! There is also a supermarket next to the hotel where you can get any bits at any time and some lovely restuarants. The Thai next door is delicious!
