“Our host was amazing! We enjoyed our stay very conveniently next to all the things needed especially the college! We will stay again. Would like to have had more towels.. especially without a washer/ dryer. Walmart was about 12 mos out which was helpful!”

“Close to the University. Very accurate as described. Parking a bit challenging - down a large hill (steps) and having to switch to opposite side of the street every day. Also need to share a single bathroom for 4 bedrooms. Host was great. Would stay again. ”

The location is not the most desireable for people from a small town area who are not used to city dwelling. The host was very easy to deal with. He was advised of a possible gas leak relating to the dryer in the apartment. Hopefully it was taken care of.”
