Very beautiful charming villa of 130m2 tastefully renovated, bright, terrace overlooking the swimming pool (9m out of 5), new construction of 2012, all comfort, private swimming pool, 5 ares garden planted with trees and surrounded by a high wall, 120 meters from the beach, in a
very quiet area between the village of Ngaparou and Somone.
In the rental of the house are included the staff, Abdou the caretaker who maintains the garden and the swimming pool as well as Assi who does the housework and the kitchen, (every day except Sunday) Our staff is very available while being discreet !
Assan our friend can provide all your trips and excursions.
In case of health problems, we advise our doctor friend Malik (Allo doctor) with a very efficient and effective emergency service.

The villa is equipped with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, fans are also available, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The villa is equipped with a generator and a water reserve of 1000 liters to compensate for the power cuts, knowing that cuts are very rare.

Possibility of taking a TV subscription.

Tap water is not potable.
Water is free but electricity is chargeable, the meter is read on arrival by our caretaker and read at the end of the stay and is payable to our caretaker.

Internet access with a shared WiFi type modem. Orange card to be charged.

Sheets and towels provided as well as a hair dryer.

The swimming pool is equipped with 8 wooden deckchairs with mattresses.

Cette villa ne correspondait pas à qu un client attend d une location..beaucoup de manquements ( clim en panne, éclairage très rudimentaire dans certaines pièces, piscine verte!! Et environnement loin d être entretenu..cette villa aurait pu être chouettes si entretient général régulier!

Calme et bien placé
Séjour reposant dans un environnement calme avec le chant des oiseaux. La piscine est bien dimensionnée et permet aux enfants de bien s'amuser à tout moment de la journée. Par contre l'entretien global des moustiquaires de portes ou des chambres est complétement à revoir (trous, déchirures). La moustiquaire est un indispensable en saison des pluies et lors qu'on a une piscine. Nous avons été obligé de mettre des quantités importantes d'anti moustiques et insectes volants dans les chambres pour réduire les dégâts. La location est vraiment sympa mais l'esprit Téranga n'y est pas, trop d'options : TV non fonctionnel sans achat de canal, piles télécommande HS, impossible d'acheter le passe internet orange (alors que internet était disponible dans les autres locations faites pendant notre séjour), prix de l'électricité exorbitant plus de 30 000 CFA pour 10 jours alors que la clim n'était allumé que 1 h le soir avant le couché, pas bouteille d'eau disponible à l'arrivée alors qu'il est précisé que l'eau n'est pas potable (c'est la moindre des choses pour nous accueillir et nous laisser le temps de découvrir le secteur et faire ses courses...bref trop d'options! Très bonne cuisinière et sympathique par contre mieux vaut faire les courses avec elle pour ne pas exploser son budget bouffe... Tous ces petits détails assemblés font que notre niveau de staisfaction est mitigé...

Appréciation nègative de la locatkon mais personnel tres agréable
Nous n'étions pas attendu .La maison était en travaux de peinture avec poussière blanche de ponçage des murs dans toute la maison .L'extérieur était rempli de détritus .La piwcine inutilisable .Les chambres non faites . Le personnel de maison trés gêné de la situation.Le gardien a fait tout son possible pour ranger la maison et faire le lit. Il a fait venir la femme de mènage pour nettoyer la maison . L'arrière cuisine avec la gazinière mèrite un grand rangement et nettoyage .

Werk aan de winkel
Covid heeft zijn sporen gelaten. De woning heeft een serieuze opknap beurt nodig. De gardien doet wat hij kan om het zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en staat klaar om te helpen waar hij kan. Bij aankomst hebben we gedurende 3 volle dagen alles wat linnen, handdoeken, overtrekken van lig zetels, tot zelfs hoofdkussen toe gewassen. Geen kuisprodukten aanwezig… de woning heeft veel verluchting en geurkaarsen nodig gehad om de muffe geur wat weg te krijgen. Water voorzieningen moeten ook aangepakt worden. 1 douche heeft een klein straatje warm water de andere 3 kamers hebben wat meer water maar koud.. de volgende huurders zullen al minder hinder ondervinden, ze zullen enkel nog de poetsvrouw moeten blijven motiveren.

Belle maison à part qu'il à 2 ou 3 salamandes et araignée 🕷 de maison qui traine dans la maison. Maison très propre et le gardien est super serviable. Service impeccable.
