El check-in fue muy facil, el joven que nos recibió fue muy amable y cordial, sin embargo pagamos por una habitación en un piso alto y nos dieron una en el 2do piso, el hotel tienen 6. Nos indicaron que el horario del desayuno era hasta las 10:00, bajamos a las 9:30, todas las mesas estaban muy llenas y ya no quedaba casi nada de comer, solo pude tomar 2 rebanadas de pan blanco y un poco de queso, ya no había huevos o tocineta, cuando decidí tomar unas frutas a las 9:50 ya no había absolutamente nada para comer, fue extremadamente frustrante. Las instalaciones son lindas, pero no muy espaciosas, el estacionamiento es en un edificio frente al hotel, pero se encuentra en muy malas condiciones de limpieza, cuidado y no tiene elevador. No me siento muy satisfecha con la visita, tienen muchos aspectos que mejorar

El hotel está bien atendido pero su Colchon nos pareció muy incómodo , podrían mejorar ese aspecto . Tampoco había agua para el café . No tiene estacionamiento gratis si es bueno establecerlo .

Llegamos al hotel despues de 7 horas de viaje y nos dijeron que no tenían habitacion disponible. Expidia nos buscó un hotel de inferior categoría, retirado del lugar de interés para conocer. Tuvimos que incurrir en gastos de transporte, tiempo. Tuvimos muchas contrariedades por ese motivo. Cuando llegamos esperamos 3 horas para que nos dieran un nuevo lugar. Nosotros pagamos un hotel y nos dieron un motel. Fue terrible la experiencia.

Siempre nos quedamos en los Hyatt. En esta ocasión todas las manijas de la recámara estaban sucias. Las mesas del desayuno estaban sucias y las sillas del bar muy sucias.
