Best Resorts in Niagara Falls

"1 hour wait to check in in a lobby jammed with people. Hotel was full so elevators were a nightmare 5-10Min wait each time as 1 of 4 elevators were out of order. Pool is on the 18 floor and restaurant is on 33 so the elevators are always extra busy both ways. My room was on the pool floor so both it and the floor smelt like chlorine and was super noisy. The HVAC system is some complicated 2 step system which heats when you think it is cooling and cools when you think it is heating. Go to bed with it at 20 wake up with it 25. One of my worst hotel experiences ever. Will never go back."

Rip off.. hidden fees.. change utoy for the first night plus 400 deposit make sure u let the..know ur Canadian or there's a tourist charge Overall not happy.. they apparently upgraded my room to fallsview with only one king bed for 4 to sleep ..they forgot that I booked a room that is suitable for my family of 4 , 2 children 2 adults They were quick to bring the One cote no pillows no blankets until I again made another request....again the up grade was great but not worth the waiting and the endless calls. .. Pool was over chemical itching watering even had a swollen eye In the am... Room service never came and replenishment our room. Stayed there for 2 Over charged Lol Explanation plz So u book and they charge u ..ok... 651 that's for 2 nights plus parking.. Then ur charged 771 for 1 night plus deposit fees. .. That's right off the bat when checking in ... So they charged me 651 plus 771 .. I didn't even pay for WiFi yet.. All in all.... Front desk is trained to say what they say, Concierge ia good ...they need to read there reviews.. After I book I looked and I thought what a mistake... 100 I could have found and spent better "

"The elevator was out of service. Upon arrival the person at check in advised the elevator was not working but they should be fixing it soon they just weren't sure what time. The elevator was out of service up until our departure the next afternoon. "

One of the biggest advantages is the location—it’s conveniently near the Falls and within walking distance to several spots, making it easy to explore the area without needing transportation. The only downside was the breakfast. While it was decent, it mainly consisted of bread options. It would be a great improvement if they could include more variety, such as scrambled eggs and sausage, to make it more satisfying for guests. Overall, a good stay with a great location and kind staff—just a bit more variety in breakfast would make it even better."
