"Excellent"

"The staff is very good but the rooms are outdated. Like there was a bump in my room floor. Like when you enter you would walk 5 steps and go down since th floor was crooked. Plus one elevator did not work the 4 days I stayed there and the other elevator stopped working on the day I was checking out making me carry my 3 suitcases down 4 flights of stairs "

"Yes...it would be nice if a microwave is available in the lobby for use especially for persons staying at the hotel with small kids .it can be useful to pop some popcorn or do microwaveable foods."
