We have traveled many places and this was one of the beat hotel experiences we have had. Super clean, super attentive and the breakfast to the room was amazing. Would never stay anywhere but here if we return. Five stars!!

Everything was perfect with the exception of my air condition unit being so close to the bed and every time it trips out. The noise that came along with it.
I would like to suggest some kind of a wall cover pictures not a bad idea

This was our first time staying at a B&B and it certainly won't be our last! Heather was a fantastic hostess, she even gave us her cell number if we had any questions while we were out. When has a regular hotel done that? Breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh when we came down for it each morning. The room was comfortable and the information sheets provided were very helpful to navigate the TV. I highly recommend staying here if you want something that is within walking distance of the Falls...

Parking either in deck $50 or across the street in a lot for $35 a night. WEGO bus stops out front and takes you around town. The Niagara parks pass has the bus and the incline train included. Incline train is also “close” to the hotel and easiest way to get down to the falls. Got a double queen falls view and room was huge and had a view of both falls and were able to see the fireworks over the American side from the room as well.

A great stay in the heart of Niagra Falls. The staff were so nice, and it was easy to park and forget driving, since everything we wanted to do was within walking distance.

I booked a surprise trip for my husband and was in contact with Fairfield. They made us feel so welcomed and very accommodating! We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

We have a partial view to the fall. It was beautiful. We have a German Shepherd staying with us. The fee of a pet is $75 per night, and parking is $45 per day.. including all the fees, staying for 2 nights in the property is costing us the payment of almost 3 nights :)
