“altough the staff was really nice, we had quite a few problems troughout our stay... the bathroom ceiling started leaking and our room was FLOODED. they just turned off the pipes power and told us to "go back to sleep". they didnt even change our room... when we came back after they said it was all cleaned up, they truly only mopped the floor. the toilet was still soaking wet, no more toilet paper, no water refill, etc ... theres comments saying they rent bikes for cheaper, but they charged us……

“The check-in was difficult as the owner of the hotel wasn't able to communicate in English. She used a translator device but it was limited to communicate properly. Especially, when she tried to explain the rule that we are only allowed to use one of the two beds in the superior double room we booked, it was so difficult to understand.
