Ninh Binh Walking Street Tours

Room is clean but old building some of staffs can’t speak English

Staff is very nice and helpful; they make you feel welcome. The only thing I did not like was the room. It looked very different from the pictures; it was really small and felt old. I kept wondering how they got a 4-star rating. We booked another hotel later on the week and that one totally changed my first impression of Hanoi's hotel business (thank God!). My opinion is that the rating is not aligned with what you actually get when you stay in this hotel.

The hotel located right in the old town Ha Noi , very convenient.
