“Small, but comfortable, still had th feeling thst it had been a former chapel. Still had that church aroma about it but not unpleasant. The only issus we encountered were running out of hot water for showers on day 2 as we missed thr fact the immersion heater needed turning on manually and the outside garden furniture could do with protection from bird droppings if you want to use it that is.”

“The cottage was very comfortable, with easy parking, the location excellent for the trips we wanted to make in North Norfolk. It was unseasonably cold and wet and the host obliged with turning on the heating, as well as providing a small table and chairs as one of us could not manage bar stools. All in all a very happy short stay.”

“This is in a street of similar houses built to charming thatched design. The descriptions we had are accurate so in terms of helping others plan better, that is difficult. We were forwarned that the second bedroom was small and had little storage space. That is true, but the space in the main bedroom made up for that. One thing that struck us was the comfort of the beds. Sometimes hosts overlook that mattresses can sag, become lumpy. Not so here. They were great.Bad weather precluded us using……

“Lovely cottage in perfect location. Super Central, two minutes walk to the centre of Holt. Huge park of the back of the property, perfect for people travelling with dogs. Parking also a bonus. I have thoroughly enjoyed my staying and we’ll definitely book again.”
