“I did not like all the hidden cost. Was charged twice for parking, contact the bank to dispute. The property ran out of Towels, was not able to get face cloths for the entire trip, hod to use large towels. The building as large as it was only had two elevators. My 49th wedding anniversary and it was horrible. Had to apologize to wife not seeing all the misleading.”

“Upon arrival, we found stained sheets, mold on a pillow, mould in the sink, walls were in bad shape especially by the closet, air filter was not changed in forever, the smoke detector was taken off the wall, the soap holder for the bath tub was off the wall, the safe was locked, the night table legs were filthy, and we were charged an exorbitant daily fee on top of what we paid which made the room more expensive than if we would have booked direct with the hotel. The rental company was very……

“I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this stay was disappointing. The apartment had a very strong chemical smell that even stayed on my clothes after leaving. The hallway also smelled unpleasant.
The biggest issue was the constant loud noise from the air-conditioning system, which made it hard to sleep. There were also many flies in the apartment. When I addressed these concerns to the owner, my message was ignored. Just something to keep in mind before booking.”

“It was a side view of city and beach, great but couldn't see directly in front of hotel. balconies are side by side but no one beside us was on theirs. Construction next door bothersome in daytime. When the building goes up I'm afraid the view will be blocked. Host stayed in contact, safe for families. ”
