Room smelled front desk staff were not helpful when checking in didn’t look happy to be there and didn’t tell us where anything was. Restaurant staff were happy and helpful food was decent Pool was nice but pool furniture was filthy and needs to be wiped down at minimum once at the end of each night Beds in room were old and very soft to the point where you slide off because it’s so worn in All in all wouldn’t stay here again

Our first time here and we will be back! I forgot to get the front desk lady's name who checked us in the night of but she was very helpful, informative, and kind. I will say it seemed like they had just given our room a quick clean before we got there. We found a blue cleaning glove on the table (we were so tired we didn't care), checked the beds to make sure they were clean & no bugs! Everyone talks about the close parking which was why we also got it but its not exactly a "closed" gated parking spot per say, only one area of the parking was gated off which was fine. Yes there were a lot of homeless people but they respected and rarely went inside which was nice. I will say the shower needed more cleaning and attention to detail as some parts were seemed to not be cleaned well. Breakfast was good, your regular waffle, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, & toast they also had coffee, juice and milk! We liked it and will honestly be back!! Checkout was also a breeze.
